PURPOSE AND VISION

At Happy Hearts School, our purpose is rooted in a deep commitment to the safety, well-being, and
holistic development of every child entrusted to our care. We believe that children flourish
academically and personally when they are nurtured in a secure, structured, and loving environment,
one that honors learning, character, culture, and family values.

Our school was established in 2016, and by God’s grace, we have continued to grow steadily year
after year. From our beginning, Happy Hearts has been built on a foundation of professionalism,
dedication, and a genuine passion for education. We strive to provide not only strong academic
instruction, but also a supportive atmosphere where students feel confident, respected, and motivated
to succeed.
At Happy Hearts, education goes beyond academics. We are intentional about developing values,
responsibility, empathy, and cultural awareness, recognizing that character formation is just as
important as academic achievement. Our school community reflects a strong family spirit one that
aligns with our name, Happy Hearts, symbolizing joy, unity, care, and emotional well-being. We
proudly consider ourselves an extended family, where students are known personally and supported
consistently.
A significant strength of our institution is the continuity we offer to families. We operate a daycare
program serving children from 0 to 4 years old, allowing us to nurture and guide students from their
earliest developmental stages. Many of our students begin their educational journey with us as infants
or toddlers and continue through elementary years, creating a strong sense of belonging, trust, and
consistency. This continuity is a valued heritage of our school and key component of long-term
vision.
Two years ago, we expanded our mission by opening Mero School, reinforcing our commitment to
student growth and academic continuity. Our vision is to continue developing Happy Hearts School
and Middle School into a K–8 educational pathway, ensuring that students can remain in a familiar,
safe, and values-driven environment throughout their formative years. This structure allows us to
guide students academically and socially while maintaining strong relationships with families.

We are a school with a clear and forward-thinking vision. Our goals extend beyond the present, as we
continuously seek opportunities to improve instructional quality, enhance student support services,
and strengthen our professional practices. We hold ourselves to high standards in curriculum
implementation, staff development, communication, and accountability.
